Job Summary:
DataSoft Technologies, Inc. is a highly recognized provider of professional IT Consulting services in the US. They are seeking a Security Analyst to develop and manage security across multiple IT functional areas, assist in the implementation of security policies, and provide direct support for security-related issues.
Responsibilities:
• Continuously monitor security access and system logs, manage firewalls, and install security software to prevent data breaches.
• Investigate, analyze, and contain security breaches or malicious activity
• Conduct vulnerability scans, risk assessments, and penetration tests to identify potential security gaps.
• Develop, document, and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
• Research emerging threats and security trends to proactively improve defense strategies.
• Train employees on security awareness and best practices to reduce human error.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

• 2 years of experience with information security.
