Job description

Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is looking for a Vulnerability Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance their cybersecurity efforts. The role involves managing and remediating vulnerabilities while collaborating with cross-functional IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on vulnerability management.
• Proficiency in tools such as Rapid7 InsightVM, Nexpose, and CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Good to have strong understanding of vulnerability scoring systems and penetration testing methods.
• Experience in remediating vulnerabilities and working with cross-functional IT and security teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with incident response, threat hunting, and risk assessment processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
