Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Colchester VT (15 min N of Burlington)
Urgently Hiring

Part time | $65-$70/hour + bonuses
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing outpatient regenerative medicine practice in Colchester, VT. This flexible part-time position offers 2–6 days per month with competitive hourly compensation and bonus opportunities.
Our practice specializes in advanced regenerative and non-surgical treatments for musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, sports injuries, and chronic conditions. We are looking for a provider with strong clinical skills, injection experience, and a passion for helping patients improve their quality of life.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience with joint and/or trigger point injections
  • Strong understanding of anatomy and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Orthopedic, PM&R, sports medicine, or pain management background preferred
  • Positive, patient-focused attitude
  • Ability to travel to North Carolina for provider training

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient evaluations and consultations
  • Review imaging, medical records, and clinical data
  • Develop diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Educate patients on treatment options and care plans
  • Perform joint and trigger point injections
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical staff
  • Assist in ongoing patient care management
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
  • Active Vermont PA or NP license
  • Injection experience preferred (joint or trigger point)
  • Orthopedic or physical medicine experience is a plus
