Our Vital Stretch Practitioners™ (VSP’s ) work one-on-one with guests using our proprietary stretching method (designed by a Physical Therapist & Chiropractic Physician) that gets real results fast. You’ll work with people from all walks of life—helping them unlock mobility, reduce pain, and feel their absolute best.

What You’ll Love Doing:

  • Helping guests reach their wellness goals through 1-on-1 assisted stretching

  • Learning professional hands-on techniques through paid training

  • Connecting with your guests and building lasting relationships

  • Growing personally and professionally—with clear monthly goals and support

  • Getting on camera and promoting your studio on social media (yes, you’ll be famous!)

  • Working with a team that’s as passionate as you are

What We’re Looking For:

  • Personal Trainers (ACSM, NASM, ACE, ISSA), Sports and Exercise Science backgrounds, or similar transferable experience

  • People who love anatomy, recovery science, and helping others feel amazing

  • Strong communicators who listen with purpose and lead with empathy

  • Energetic personalities who thrive in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment

  • Willingness to stretch yourself (figuratively and literally!)

  • Must be willing to complete the NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach (SFC) course as part of your training

A Day in the Life of a VSP:

  • 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions

  • Managing & texting your member base

  • Setting & hitting monthly goals with your manager

  • Social media video content (educational & fun!)

  • Keeping the studio clean, fresh, and guest-ready

  • Making outbound calls to leads & members

  • Supporting local events (on-site & off-site)

  • Assisting with day-to-day studio tasks
