What you'll do:

In this dynamic setting, you'll perform thorough patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and prioritize patient education to promote optimal ocular health. Expect a busy practice with approximately 25 patients daily, including a mix of routine exams, rechecks, and short medical appointments. Flexibility is key as you'll accommodate walk-ins and manage some double-booked appointments throughout the day.

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
