  • Design, implement, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, wireless systems, VLANs, routing, subnetting, and IP address management.
  • Configure and manage firewalls, VPN tunnels, NAT policies, IDS/IPS, and Zero Trust network segmentation.
  • Monitor network performance, troubleshoot outages and latency issues, and conduct wireless site surveys and optimization.
  • Manage site to site and remote access VPN solutions and support SD WAN connectivity and redundancy.
  • Maintain NAC/802.1X policies, perform firewall rule reviews, and support compliance audits (NCUA, FFIEC, GLBA).
  • Collaborate with security teams on threat detection, vulnerability remediation, and incident response.
  • Lead network infrastructure projects including branch upgrades, circuit migrations, wireless refreshes, and SD WAN initiatives.
  • Manage ISP and telecom vendor relationships, coordinate circuit installations, and enforce SLAs.
  • Develop network automation for configuration backups, provisioning, and compliance reporting.
  • Support cloud networking including Azure Virtual Networks, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, and NSGs.
  • Maintain detailed network documentation including topology diagrams, IP schemes, firewall matrices, and change logs.
  • Provide support for Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
  • Assist with Hyper V administration, VM provisioning, storage connectivity, and backup operations.
  • Participate in disaster recovery testing and support Microsoft 365 and Azure networking components.
  • Administer RingCentral UCaaS including provisioning, call routing, IVR, and device support.
  • Troubleshoot voice quality, connectivity, and integration issues across all locations.
  • Perform security patching across network devices, servers, and infrastructure.
  • Assist with vulnerability scanning, endpoint monitoring, access control reviews, and audit evidence collection.
  • Participate in security incident response activities and tabletop exercises.
  • Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
  • Use IT ticketing systems to document and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Monitor systems and networks to proactively address alerts and performance issues.
