- Review the daily goals with the team and assign responsibilities as needed.
- Plan, organize, and manage the work of employees to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
- Ensure the correct vehicles are pulled and that they are delivered to the correct locations.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to help ensure the overall daily Company goals are met.
- Ensure every Team Member understands their role and is trained and qualified to perform it.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training or discipline as needed.
- Maintain communication between employees and senior management to ensure procedures and policies are well understood.
- Conduct accident reviews and provide Glovis corrective action (A3 panel).

- Ensure new hires are trained properly.
- Assess current procedures and recommend improvements.
- Conduct annual performance reviews of all subordinates.
- Approve or deny time off requests.
- Monitor employee timecards and address any attendance point accumulation.
