About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic leader to join our team as VP of Operations. This role plays a critical part in driving the success and growth of our restaurant business by overseeing all operational aspects and ensuring a consistently high level of service and guest satisfaction. The VP of Operations will have full oversight of our restaurant operations - including multi-million-dollar locations - with direct responsibility for financial performance, guest relations, and staff development.
Your Role With Us
Strategic Planning Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including expansion, revenue growth, and cost control.
Financial Management Monitor financial performance, manage budgeting and forecasting, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Operational Oversight Lead restaurant operations by managing day-to-day activities and executing growth strategies. Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain quality standards, and optimize processes for efficiency and productivity.
Team Leadership Mentor the management team by directing their work, overseeing recruitment efforts, resolving client issues, and addressing employee relations. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.
Guest Service Experience Uphold exceptional guest service standards, address customer concerns promptly, and implement initiatives that enhance the overall dining experience.
Quality Control & Compliance Partner with the culinary team to oversee quality control measures, ensuring consistency in food, service, and cleanliness. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Marketing & Promotion Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Performance Analysis Analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to address deficiencies and capitalize on opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • 5-10 years of general management experience, with required multi-unit leadership experience
  • Extensive full-service GM and/or multi-unit experience with $30M+ in revenue
  • Direct experience overseeing a group of restaurants with different outlets/concepts
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven professional
