With a vertically integrated structure and a hands-on leadership team, they are at a key inflection point-focused on scaling operations, improving efficiencies, and building out leadership infrastructure to support continued growth.


Your new role

This is a newly created leadership position designed to bring structure, accountability, and operational excellence across the portfolio. You will act as the bridge between executive leadership and field operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing best-in-class property management systems and operational workflows
  • Driving leasing performance and reducing vacancy through data-driven oversight
  • Building and overseeing hiring, onboarding, and training programs for field teams
  • Establishing performance metrics and holding teams accountable across portfolios
  • Leading budgeting, cost controls, and operational planning initiatives


What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who has led large, field-based property management teams and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment:

  • 8+ years in property management operations, including 4+ years in senior leadership
  • Experience managing decentralized, multi-site residential portfolios
  • Proven ability to implement systems, reporting structures, and performance frameworks
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and culture
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve operational challenges proactively
