Account Management & Client Retention

  • Drive customer retention strategies, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with major accounts.
  • Swiftly address and resolve client escalations or quality gaps to minimize contract churn.

  • Bilingual Preferred: Proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Equivalent executive industry experience will be considered.

Key Metrics for Success (KPls)
