The Senior Vice President of IT Strategy & Innovation is a visionary technology executive responsible for shaping the longterm technology direction of the enterprise while driving nearterm innovation and incubation. This leader will define and execute an integrated IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives, advance enterprise architecture, and champion innovation with a strong emphasis on data, AI, and interoperability. As a direct report to the CITO, this role influences the entire technology landscape and plays a critical part in enabling business growth through modern, scalable, and forwardthinking solutions.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive, multiyear IT strategy that is tightly aligned with the company's business vision, priorities, and growth objectives.

  • Ensure technology strategy directly enables business outcomes, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.

  • Lead the enterprise innovation agenda, with a strong focus on AI, automation, datadriven capabilities, and nextgeneration digital experiences.

  • Balance longterm strategic planning with agile, iterative incubation efforts that accelerate value creation.

  • Oversee the Enterprise Architecture function, ensuring cohesive architectural standards, frameworks, and policies across the organization.

  • Establish and maintain architectural guidelines that promote interoperability, scalability, security, and modernization.

  • Partner with technology and business leaders to ensure architectural decisions support business outcomes and futurestate capabilities.

  • Identify, evaluate, and incubate emerging technologies-especially in AI, data platforms, and integration ecosystems-to drive competitive advantage.

  • Build and lead innovation programs, labs, and pilots that rapidly test, validate, and prove value for new concepts.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and responsible innovation.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of technologists, architects, and innovators across the enterprise.

  • Build organizational capability in AI, data engineering, architecture, and modern technology practices.

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology strategy, enterprise architecture, innovation, or related domains.

Pay Range

$300k - $325k Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
