On-Site General Radiologist – 1-Year Partnership Track

Position Overview
A well-established, collegial five-physician private practice is seeking a full-time, on-site Board Certified/Board Eligible General Radiologist. The group provides exclusive imaging services to a community hospital in western Pennsylvania and offers partnership eligibility after one year with no buy-in required.
Practice Overview
Annual Volume: Approximately 120,000 examinations per year
Full-spectrum community radiology practice
Established referral base with strong administrative and technologist support
Accreditation & Clinical Environment
Supports and maintains American College of Radiology (ACR) accreditation standards across applicable modalities
Active participation in Stroke Center imaging protocols with rapid turnaround expectations
Provides imaging services supporting a Level IV Trauma Center
Participation in peer review, quality assurance, and hospital committee support as needed
Technology & Services
On-site 1.5T MRI and additional off-site 1.5T MRI
Two multidetector CT scanners
Six ultrasound units
PET imaging
Nuclear medicine
Stereotactic breast biopsy
MRI-guided breast biopsy
Schedule & Call Coverage
Weekdays: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
One half day per week: 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Weekend coverage: 8 weekends per year (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Overnight coverage, holidays, and additional weekends provided by contracted teleradiology services
Clinical Productivity Expectations
Maintain efficient workflow consistent with community radiology standards
Timely reporting to meet Stroke Center, Emergency Department, and Trauma imaging turnaround expectations
Optional, well-compensated overtime paid on a per-study (“per click”) basis depending on workload
Compensation & Benefits
Guaranteed Salary: $525,000
Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 OR Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month
10 weeks combined Vacation / CME
CME Allowance: $8,000 annually
Professional fees reimbursed (dues, board exams, certifications, licenses)
Health insurance with HSA contribution ($8,750 family / $4,400 individual)
