Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and define project goals, translating them into clear business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets using advanced data mining and statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights, selecting appropriate analytical techniques.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js) and ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal, influencing, collaboration and listening skills.
  • Partner with development teams using Azure DevOps to manage user stories, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of data-driven solutions.
  • Process, cleanse, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity of data solutions, reports and dashboards.
  • Present ad-hoc and regular analysis results clearly to stakeholders, communicating findings and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Enhance data collection procedures and extend datasets with third-party sources as needed to build robust analytic systems and predictive models.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and analytics.
  • Use data modeling and evaluation strategies to find patterns and predict future trends, enabling proactive business decisions.
  • Support data science initiatives by developing necessary tools using SQL, Python, Excel, and other reporting tools.
