Job Description
The Motion Designer is responsible for creating dynamic visual content that transforms complex ideas, products, solutions, customer stories, and campaign narratives into engaging motion-based experiences.
As part of the Creative & Video Studio, this role develops motion graphics, animations, video packages, product demonstrations, explainers, social media content, webcast assets, event visuals, and digital storytelling experiences that support global marketing execution.
Unlike traditional motion design roles focused solely on production support, this position plays a key role in scaling Lenovo's in-house content engine by creating reusable motion systems, modular animation frameworks, localization-ready assets, and standardized visual storytelling components that accelerate content production across business units and geographies. This role contributes directly to Project Catalyst goals of increasing speed to market, reducing production costs, and enabling AI-ready content operations.

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
