Salary Range: $100,000-$110,000/annually, bonus eligible
Cresleigh has an excellent reputation for product quality and is highly respected within the housing industry winning multiple design and sales awards over the history of the company. This position is an office-based role in Sacramento, placing the candidate directly in the market. Cresleigh serves and in close proximity to competitor communities, active sales centers, and emerging land opportunities in the Sacramento area.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:- Support and assist in supervising the sales team across active Cresleigh communities, helping to maintain high performance standards and consistent customer experience,
- Assist in preparing department and project budgets for sales and marketing, and support cost control on sales and marketing expenses,
- Maintain and improve sales systems, procedures, and documents across active projects,
- Resolve sales and customer care issues in a timely and professional manner,
- Implement and respond to homebuyer surveys; monitor title/escrow, mortgage programs, and processes,
- Develop concepts and manage third-party consultants for marketing programs and sales collaterals, including brochures, print advertising, signage programs, and websites,
- Assist in preparing product mix, home release sequence based upon market demands.
- Conduct ongoing market, competition, and pricing analyses, including regular visits to competitor communities and model homes throughout the Sacramento region,
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies; participate in product development and project specifications,
- Lead market research efforts across multiple submarkets, leveraging platforms such as MetroStudy, Polaris Reports, Trulia, and other third-party data sources to support data-driven decision making.
- Create custom sales and market trend reports; track absorption rates, pricing trends, and competitive positioning across active and future project sites,
- Curate and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and online advertising with a focus on direct-to-consumer strategies; evaluate and continuously optimize SEO, digital ad sources, and social media messaging,
- Serve as a key liaison between third-party consultants, the sales team, and senior leadership across all project phases,
- Assist in planning and executing community opening events for 100+ guests, coordinating logistics, vendors, and on-site marketing presence,
- Assist with land acquisition market feasibility studies and participate in on-going R&D efforts on products, designs, and material selections, and
- Support Department of Real Estate applications and processing as needed with other departments.
WHAT WE NEED:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytically minded with a strong command of data and market trends,
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- High integrity, creative, and entrepreneurial minded,
- Proficient in residential real estate data platforms and marketing analytics tools (MetroStudy, Polaris Reports, Trulia, or similar), as well as standard computer and sales software applications,
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and marketing experience with a public or private homebuilder; experience with both single-family and multifamily/mixed-use product types is strongly preferred,
- Experience with Northern California's Sacramento-area market strongly preferred; familiarity with competitive builders and active communities in the region is a plus,
- New home subdivision sales and marketing experience required, and
- California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License. (Preferred)
