Volunteer – Hospice Companion & SupportCare Plus Hospice | Flexible Schedule | Make a Meaningful Difference

Do you have a compassionate heart and a desire to make a difference in someone's life?
Care Plus Hospice is seeking caring, dependable volunteers to provide comfort, companionship, and support to patients and their families throughout the Valley. No medical experience is required—we provide all necessary training.
What You'll Do
  •  Visit hospice patients to provide companionship and conversation. 
  •  Read books, play games, listen to music, or simply sit with a patient. 
  •  Offer caregiver respite by spending time with their loved one. 
  •  Assist with administrative projects or special events (optional). 
  •  Share your talents through crafts, music, pet therapy, veteran support, or other special skills. 
We Are Looking For Individuals Who Are:
  •  Compassionate and dependable 
  •  Good listeners 
  •  Respectful of diverse backgrounds and beliefs 
  •  At least 18 years old (or 16+ with parental consent for certain opportunities) 
  •  Able to complete a background check, TB test, orientation, and volunteer training (provided at no cost)
