Production Assistant – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Pay: $19.55/hour
Duration: 1–3 months
Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM | 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Position: Onsite

Adecco is hiring Production Assistants for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in St. Petersburg. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect softgel capsules for defects and report quality concerns.

  • Arrange capsules on drying trays and move/stage tray stacks.

  • Assist operators with production, setup, and changeovers.

  • Clean equipment and work areas according to GMP/SOP requirements.

  • Transport materials and maintain production supplies.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and documentation procedures.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Manufacturing experience preferred; pharmaceutical/GMP experience a plus.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Ability to read and follow written instructions.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Important Requirements
  • Must be available to work any day of the week, including weekends, as part of the rotating 2-2-3 schedule.

  • Vision screening required during onsite onboarding.

  • Must pass color vision and visual acuity requirements.

  • Steel-toe shoes required.

Pay Details: $19.55 per hour
