You are:
We are seeking a Fullstack Developer to join our team and contribute to the full agile development life cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React and modern frontend development, proficiency in Ruby on Rails for API integration layers, and experience with Java Spring Boot for backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver technical solutions in an agile environment.
What you do:
  • Build and maintain user-facing applications using React.js and modern front-end technologies.
  • Develop and enhance Ruby on Rails API gateway layer to integrate with Java microservices.
  • Support and extend back-end microservices using Java Spring Boot.
  • Analyze technical requirements and develop and debug code to align with design objectives.
  • Write comprehensive tests for front-end components and API integrations.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve defects during development and testing phases.
  • Ensure seamless integration of functional, security, and performance requirements across the full stack.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement accessible, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Apply application design and development across multiple technology areas.
  • Configure software products and systems to deploy code.
  • Develop product and platform prototypes.
  • Track software application performance and collaborate within a project team to solve complex problems.

What you need:
  • minimum 3 years of experience and strong proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with CSS/SASS, responsive design, and front-end development best practices.
  • State management patterns (Redux, Context API, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, particularly API-only applications and HTTP client integration patterns.
  • Experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot for microservices development.
  • REST API design, consumption, and JSON data handling.
  • Understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and microservices patterns.
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library,
  • Git version control and agile development workflows, Experience developing multiple web applications in production using Java, Javascript, or dynamic languages such as Grails or Ruby on Rails.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Java-based MVC frameworks (e.g., Spring MVC, Spring Boot) or Javascript/Mobile frameworks (e.g., Angular, NodeJS, ReactJS).
