We are looking for an MS SharePoint Online Developer with mandatory FlowForma experience. Please do not submit generic SharePoint Administrators or basic SharePoint Developers. This role requires a hybrid skill set, including SharePoint, Power Platform, front-end UI development, and BPM/workflow development. We are specifically targeting candidates who have hands-on experience building business applications and workflow solutions within SharePoint using Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom front-end development.
 
Seeking a Senior SharePoint / Front-End Developer to help design and build business applications, workflow solutions, and user-friendly digital experiences within a SharePoint environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining SharePoint development, Power Platform tools, front-end UI development, and business process automation to create practical solutions that improve how teams work.
 
The right candidate is not just maintaining sites or documents. We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience building forms, workflows, approvals, dashboards, reports, and responsive user interfaces using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and modern JavaScript frameworks. This role is ideal for a developer who can work across both business process needs and technical delivery in an Agile team environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and enhance SharePoint-based business applications and workflow solutions
  • Build and customize SharePoint Sites, Pages, Lists, and Content Types
  • Use Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create forms, workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Develop custom tools and reporting features within the SharePoint environment
  • Build modern, responsive front-end user interfaces using AngularJS, Angular, React, Bootstrap, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery
  • Design and support business process flows, rules, approvals, and forms using BPM and workflow tools
  • Participate in Agile software development, including prototyping, code reviews, and team collaboration
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code within the JavaScript ecosystem
  • Support browser testing, debugging, and ongoing application improvements
  • Work closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver business-focused technical solutions
  • Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed

 
Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience with SharePoint development
  • 4+ years of experience with SharePoint Online
  • 4+ years of experience with SharePoint 201x
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
  • 5+ years of experience with Angular
  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript frameworks
  • 4+ years of experience with Business Process Management (BPM) tools, including FlowForma or a similar BPM platform
  • Experience designing process flows, forms, and rules using a visual forms designer
  • Experience working with SQL to create fields, domains, tables, table spaces, and views
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
  • Associate’s degree or technical degree

  • Experience with FlowForma
  • Strong HTML5, CSS, cross-browser layout, and responsive design skills
