What you'll do

• Maintain and grow sales at AMI Regional Americas accounts with an industrial account focus.
• Deliver sales, pricing, profitability, closed business, and sustainability targets.
• Develop relationships especially at design centers to drive spec-in business.
• Analyze market and customer trends to develop strategies for future growth.
• Utilize ACE and the Integrated Steering & Reporting (ISR) for projects and forecasting.
• Demonstrate a consistent flow of highly qualified new application opportunities.
• Coordination with extended sales team and support functions
• Responsible for arranging technical training and support with key personnel at accounts.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree (preferably business, engineering, or chemical related)
• Adhesive technologies knowledge and mechanical aptitude are a plus.
• 5+ years industrial account management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prepare and discuss presentations in front of customer groups.
• A high level of organizational time management skills.
• 30-40% travel required. Travel will consist of all areas of the United States to include both coasts.
• Remote position with candidate ideally located in the central part of the United States.

Thesalary range for this role is $110,000.00 and $140,000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
