Job Description
Now Hiring: Full-Time Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Floresville, TX 78114
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: End of the School Year, with potential extension into ESY or the 2025-2026 school year
Compensation: $38-$49/hr.
We are currently seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to support students across early childhood and elementary settings in the Floresville, TX area. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity beginning immediately and continuing through the end of the current school year, with potential to extend through summer services or into the next academic year.
The position includes both direct therapy and clinical supervision, with a caseload ranging from 35-55 students.
Qualified candidates will be fluent in both English and Spanish, licensed to practice in the state of Texas, and experienced in working with school-aged populations.
Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities include:
  • Providing direct speech-language therapy
  • Conducting evaluations and supporting documentation
  • Participating in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborative planning
  • Supervising clinical support staff as needed
  • Offering bilingual services to meet the needs of diverse student populations
