What will you contribute?

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to design and implement robust backend services, APIs, and processes for Flow, Finastra's Agentic AI platform.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Focused on server-side application logic, data access patterns (APIs, databases, integrations), performance, scalability, and ensuring robust, maintainable backend services.

  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable backend code using Python/C#/.NET.

  • Implement features, fix bugs, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards.

  • Maintain and improve codebases and create technical specifications.

  • Focus on implementing APIs, services, and backend processes for enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

  • Implement unit tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expert in python, C#/.NET and OOP fundamentals

  • Solid understanding of databases

  • Hands-on experience with container development and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes

  • Familiarity with Git and GitHub for version control

  • Experience with Development on Azure

  • Understanding of common software design patterns

  • Experience integrating with LLMs and ML systems

  • Experience implementing API endpoints

  • Oriented programing and familiarity with SOLID principles.
