Job description

Radiologist Technologist Lead Mammography Supervisor - Dallas, TXFull Time week DAYS (occasional weekend) - $8K Sign On 1st CheckSALARY Up to $60/hr DOE

EDUCATION

Graduate of accredited school of radiologic technology

 

EXPERIENCE 

  • Three years QC Mammography experience

  • Previous Team Lead or Supervisory experience preferred

  • ACR Accreditation & MQSA inspection experience preferred

CERTIFICATIONS

  • CMRT – Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist either by the TDH or TMB upon hire required AND

  • ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Mammography upon hire required AND

  • ARRT – American Registry of Radiologic Technologists CT, M, MR, N or S if ARRT upon hire required OR

  • CNMT – Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist upon hire required 

  • ARDMS – American Registry for Diagnostic and Medical Sonographers in three modalities upon hire req AND

  • BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Team training & support

  • Supervise staff and oversee daily department activities

  • Assist in implementing & monitoring performance evaluations & professional goals

  • Perform mammograms & diagnostic radiographs

  • Produce quality images as defined by American College of Radiology guidelines

  • Mammography: phantom images, visual inspections, compression checks, screen contract, peer reviews & monthly checklist for all mammography unit

  • Visual inspections of all rooms & equipment checks

  • Accurately enter patient data for patient tracking & exam verification
