Job description

Schedule:  Part Time Day Shift (24 hours per week)

Work Location:  Fishers Hospital 

Department Supported:  Volunteer Services

Primary Responsibilities: 

Assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the Volunteer Services program. Provides administrative support to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of program actives and function. Assists in training volunteers in new policies and procedures. Maintains records of total volunteers and hours volunteered. Provides daily guidance to assigned volunteers. Maintains feedback process to enhance work processes and employee understanding. 

Candidate Requirement: 
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
 0-3 years of relevant experience required.

Preferred: 
 Experience working with volunteers preferred.
