Lockheed Martin is seeking a talented level 2 Network Engineer with a Secret clearance to work from our Boulder, CO location.
Join a team where your network expertise will keep the sensors that watch the sky running flawlessly, give our warfighters the splitsecond advantage they need, and help keep the world safe.

By delivering nearrealtime, highconfidence detection of ballistic missile launches and other hostile trajectories, these systems provide lifesaving early warning for the warfighter, enable rapid decisionmaking, and support cueing of defensive interceptors and commandandcontrol assets.
The Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Infrastructure Team is seeking a Network Engineer to design, build, and sustain the groundstation platform that supports both SBIRS and the NextGen GEO OPIR ground stations. In this role you will work closely with software, security, and mission engineers to deliver ultrareliable, secure, and scalable groundsystems that enable continuous infrared surveillance and missilewarning capabilities for legacy and nextgeneration satellite constellations.
As Network Engineer you will:
Design and plan network communications systems.
Provide specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture.
Provide specific detailed information for hardware and software selection, implementation techniques and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
