Job Description

Looking to start a career in manufacturing? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Production Machine Operators. No prior machine operating experience is required. We provide hands-on training to help you develop the skills needed for success. In this role, you'll work with a variety of production equipment and manufacturing processes while contributing to the production of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and being part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment following training and established procedures.
  • Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as needed.
  • Support various manufacturing departments based on production needs.
  • Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform basic measurements and quality checks.
  • Enter production and inventory data accurately into computer systems.
  • Review work orders, production schedules, and part information.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (training provided if required).
  • Assist with machine changeovers, setup activities, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Meet established production, quality, and safety goals.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support daily production objectives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Morton, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
