About the team:
The AI Ops team uses AI, machine learning, and data science techniques to detect anomalies, predict impact, and initiate remediation. The team creates insights-in the form of dashboards, reports, and alerts-from operations data and helps stakeholders make data-driven decisions for planning, troubleshooting, or monitoring application health.
What we're looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree in Data Science or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
- Experience with ETL development, data integration, and database technologies
- Proficiency with Databricks and AWS cloud services
- Hands-on experience delivering machine learning projects and solutions
- Experience building, deploying, or supporting AI agents and agent-based applications
- Prior internship experience developing and/or deploying AI agents preferred
- This role is not eligible for Mastercard's work authorization sponsorship. As such, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States, now as well as in the future, without employer sponsorship. For example, students or recent graduates in the United States on an F1 visa (including those with CPT or OPT authorization) are not eligible for this role.
