The Rochester Rehab & Living Center is a community of Volunteers of America National Services, a subsidiary of the Volunteers of America parent organization.  Proudly Great Place to Work® Certified for 8 consecutive years.

Pay Range:$40.00-$45.50, 12 hour shifts
Shift: 6:30am-7pm Day
6:30pm-7:00am Night and every 3rd weekend
Pick 3 shifts in a week and be a full time employee and find other shifts to get additional overtim

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • Current RN licensure in MN
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow care plans and resident orders
  • Long-term care experience (preferred)

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Clinical competence to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents.
  • Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules to assure that medications and treatments are being administered as ordered.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance and implementation of the facilities QAA/QAPI process.
  • Acts as a liaison between physician or other provider, resident representative, family and resident care team to ensure physician orders are accurately carried out and documented using the information from the resident’s plan of care.
