Overview

The Kitchen Worker will be the runner for the concession stand and will fulfill food and beverage orders in a fast-paced environment. The must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work event an event schedule based on the Iowa Cubs Baseball schedule (March-September).

This role will pay an hourly rate of $14.00 and is tip eligible (per CBA).

Benefits as per the union agreement.

This position will remain open until June 5th, 2026

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for basic preparation and running orders for food and beverage products.
  • Responsible for keeping the work area and surroundings clean using company/State sanitation standards.
  • Responsible for memorizing the product menu available at concession location.
  • Assist in clean up and break down of the concession area at the end of the each event.
Qualifications
  • Experience in basic food handling, sanitation, and customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and respectful approach toward guests, coworkers, managers, and volunteers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
