We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, International Data & Strategy, to lead and scale the NFL’s international managed model as part of a transformative enterprise initiative. In this role, you will partner closely with League and Club stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions and program operations that enable informed decision-making and drive business outcomes across global markets.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of delivering centralized, enterprise-scale initiatives. You will work hands-on across data strategy, technology, and program execution—owning delivery, driving cross-functional alignment, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring scalable, high-quality outputs.

This role is well-suited for a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, excels at stakeholder management, and is passionate about leveraging data to unlock value and build scalable enterprise capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Drive cross-functional alignment and champion adoption of the International managed model through clear communication, best practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Program Management: Oversee day-to-day program operations for the international managed model, tracking progress across data onboarding, curation, fulfillment, reporting and insights.
  • Customer Partnership: Partner closely with clubs to drive adoption of the international managed model by capturing requirements and translating them into prioritized program initiatives.
  • Data Product Architecture: Translate business needs into scalable data and platform requirements to support segmentation, data access, and performance measurement.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and consistent execution by establishing standardized processes and continuously optimizing workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in data strategy, product ownership, or technical leadership roles.
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale data initiatives, including cloud data platforms, data lakes, and governance frameworks.
  • Experience with privacy and compliance standards, including GDPR/CCPA and consent data management, is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sports or fan-focused businesses, including an understanding of fan engagement and lifecycle marketing, is an advantage.
  • Proven experience working with AWS Redshift, Adobe Marketing Suite (AEP, AEM, AJO), BI Tools like Power BI, Tableau in a production environment is a plus.
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams and influencing decisions in a matrixed organization without direct reporting authority.
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage senior leaders, work effectively with technical partners, and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
Other Key Attributes / Characteristics
  • Master’s degree or higher in statistics, data science, computer science, or other data related fields

  • Limited Travel
Salary / Pay Range

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job in the location(s) specified. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

$125,000—$160,000 USD
