Job description

Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, provide scientific, technical, regulatory, and administrative assistance to support clinical research studies. Assist in the development of research projects related to women's health through literature review, data collection and analysis, and the other research activities, as appropriate. Contribute to the dissemination of research findings, support trainee mentorship, and participate in collaborative, educational, and community engagement activities.

Support the design and implementation of clinical research protocols involving human subjects. Conduct literature reviews to identify current knowledge gaps and emerging research trends related to the Project of Interest. Communicate regularly with the Principal Investigator and research team regarding study progress.

Prepare and assist with presentations of research findings for professional, scientific, and academic conferences. Organize and summarize study results for submission to peer-reviewed journals. Write scientific manuscripts and other documents for publication. Draft, fact-check, edit, and proofread scientific manuscripts, study reports, and regulatory documents.

Mentor students and volunteers, contribute to the design of their research projects, and provide scientific guidance throughout project implementation and completion. Participate and organize community engagement programs.

Perform preliminary data analysis and generate graphs, charts, and tables to summarize results in accordance with study protocols. Proofread and verify research data and documentation for accuracy.

Maintain organized research records and study files in accordance with regulatory and institutional requirements. Coordinate study materials and supplies, and support documentation for audits, monitoring visits, and regulatory submissions. Ensure workspaces remain organized and compliant with confidentiality and data security standards.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
