Job description

About the role

System Administrator – Level II to support the operation and maintenance of enterprise IT systems in a secure, mission‑critical environment. This role ensures the reliable performance, security, and availability of computer systems, servers, and network resources while enabling users to access required services efficiently.

What you’ll do
  • Perform server and network management to support the operation and upkeep of enterprise systems
  • Manage user accounts and enforce access controls to ensure appropriate system access
  • Implement and monitor security management policies to maintain system integrity and compliance
  • Conduct regular backup and recovery operations to ensure data protection and system continuity
  • Support the availability and reliability of systems, ensuring users can access required resources
  • Assist in maintaining secure and stable system operations across supported infrastructure
Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in system administration or related IT roles
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education may be substituted for experience as applicable
Certifications
  • Baseline certification such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or equivalent aligned to DoD requirements
Clearance
  • Active Tier 3 (T3) background investigation or ability to obtain and maintain
