  • Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location
  • Pension / Retirement benefits
  • Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
  • DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Digital Assets team, the Blockchain Lead Scrum Master will support multiple teams within Digital Assets and Blockchain Engineering. You will enable the delivery of secure and compliant blockchain solutions by coaching Agile teams, removing impediments, coordinating dependencies, and improving delivery predictability. The role requires experience with blockchain or digital-assets initiatives, knowledge of financial services, and the technical fluency to support engineering teams working with .NET, Solidity smart contracts, and related blockchain technologies.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Digital Assets and Blockchain Engineering teams
  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and cross-team planning
  • Coach teams, Product Owners, and Engineering Leads on Agile practices, estimation, self-organization, and continuous improvement
  • Remove delivery impediments and coordinate dependencies across product, .NET, Solidity, blockchain platform, testing, security, and infrastructure teams
  • Support backlog refinement, release planning, delivery forecasting, and coordinated deployment of application and smart-contract capabilities
  • Promote a strong risk-and-control mindset, including security, resiliency, compliance, and other non-functional requirements
  • Use Agile metrics to improve transparency, delivery predictability, and team performance
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and escalation needs to technology and business stakeholders
  • Strengthen Agile maturity and ways of working across Digital Assets Engineering

**NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. **

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Fintech (preferred) or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Agile Coach supporting software-engineering teams
  • Experience supporting multiple teams in a complex, dependency-driven delivery environment
  • Required experience supporting blockchain, digital-assets, distributed-ledger, tokenization, or smart-contract initiatives

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Experience within financial services, capital markets, banking, payments, fintech, or another regulated financial environment
  • Working knowledge of blockchain concepts and smart-contract development and deployment
  • Experience supporting teams using Solidity and .NET/C# is strongly preferred
  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate between blockchain engineering, financial-services requirements, and Agile delivery
  • Sufficient technical fluency to work effectively with .NET and Solidity engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of risk, controls, security, and compliance in a regulated environment
  • Proven ability to remove impediments and manage complex cross-team dependencies
  • Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is preferred

We offer top class training and development for you to be an asset in our organization!
