  • Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees (your monthly premium could be $0 depending on the plan selected)
  • Flexible schedules, including alternative work schedules where operationally feasible
  • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, floating holidays, self-care days, and 11 paid holidays annually
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 401(k) with employer match

What You'll Do

  • Provide one-on-one financial wellness and homeownership counseling
  • Analyze budgets, credit reports, and debt-to-income ratios
  • Develop action plans that support financial stability and mortgage readiness
  • Facilitate homebuyer education and financial wellness classes
  • Coordinate class logistics, materials, volunteers, and scheduling
  • Conduct community outreach, presentations, and partnership development
  • Support the cultivation of prospective homebuyers for affordable homeownership opportunities
  • Connect clients with additional DevNW programs and resources
  • Maintain accurate client records and required documentation
  • Collaborate on curriculum development and continuous program improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive service delivery
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Lane, Benton, Marion, and Clackamas Counties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating adult education or training
  • Community outreach or client recruitment experience

Successful candidates must:

  • Obtain a Homeownership Counseling Certification within one year of hire

Work Schedule & Location

This position requires occasional evening and Saturday classes and occasional travel. While applicants throughout our service area are welcome to apply, candidates located in or near Marion County are strongly preferred.

If you're passionate about helping individuals and families build stronger financial futures and expand access to homeownership, we'd love to hear from you.
