Job description

You will serve as a Branch Head in the LREAF Logistics Branch (BL14600), Launch Recovery & Expeditionary Air Fields (LREAF) Division, ALRE Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (NM-03/ GS 9-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Leading multi-discipline teams responsible for the planning and execution of comprehensive life cycle acquisition and sustainment efforts to deliver aircraft launch and recovery equipment (ALRE), with a focus on C13 Steam Catapults, MK7 Arresting Gear, Air Capable Ships and Amphibious Assault Ships Launch and Recovery system, and Expeditionary Airfields; 2) Performing management functions to plan and execute the allocation of resources, development of personnel, training for knowledge required of personnel, direction of multi-functional work teams, and evaluation of performance within the logistics domain; 3) Collaborating with numerous stakeholders and organizations to address programmatic and logistical matters, understanding each stakeholder's requirement and providing information and solutions that meet their logistical inquiries and needs; 4) Supervising work, administering management policies and procedures, and coordinating functions across various groups to accomplish goals and objectives; 5) Ensuring guidance, processes, and tools are in place and utilized to enable personnel to effectively execute assigned work.
