Residential Electrical Estimator
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Range: $45 - $55 per hour, depending on experience + Performance Bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7 am - 4 pm
Exact Electric has been delivering exceptional residential and commercial electrical services to communities of Seattle and is currently looking for an experienced Residential Electrical Estimator to provide accurate estimates, build strong homeowner relationships, and grow their career with a stable, collaborative, and expanding company.

What You'll Do
- Conduct residential project site visits and assess customer needs
- Review plans, specifications, and project scope documents
- Prepare accurate labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates using ConEst
- Develop detailed project scopes and professional proposals
- Present estimates and answer customer questions regarding pricing and solutions
- Follow up on outstanding proposals and sales opportunities
- Coordinate project handoffs with project managers and field teams
- Assist with change orders and estimating support throughout project execution
- Maintain customer opportunities and project documentation in Jobber and eSUB
- Stay current on NEC, Washington State, and local electrical codes

What We're Looking For
- 02 electrical license
- 3+ years of residential electrical experience
- 2+ years of estimating experience
- Thorough understanding of current NEC, Washington State, and local electrical codes
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency, experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Experience with ConEst estimating software is a plus
- Experience using Jobber, eSUB, or similar construction management platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of local utility requirements and permitting processes is a plus
