Job description

Firefighter/EMTs work together in a team to provide lifesaving medical and firefighting care to the members of our community. Following rigorous training both with your assigned crew and at the county Fire/EMT school, you will become a firefighter/EMT licensed to operate in the Commonwealth of Virginia. You will attend one 12-hour overnight shift each week, with rotating shifts every sixth Saturday.
