  • Perform technical reviews to ensure consistency, reliability, maintainability, and scalability across projects
  • Evaluate and recommend electrical distribution topologies based on project requirements and operational objectives
  • Support equipment selection, specification development, and technical submittal reviews
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, utilities, contractors, and vendors throughout project execution
  • Identify design risks and implement solutions to improve reliability, efficiency, and constructability
  • Maintain design quality across a rapidly growing portfolio of mission-critical facilities
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to power distribution, resiliency, and operational performance

Our Ideal Candidate
  • 8+ years of experience designing mission-critical electrical infrastructure, data centers, or large industrial facilities
  • Proven experience designing end-to-end electrical systems from utility service entrance through rack-level power delivery
  • Strong understanding of medium-voltage and low-voltage power distribution systems
  • Deep knowledge of common data center electrical topologies including:
    • 2N
    • N+1
    • Distributed Redundant
    • Catcher Bus
  • Experience establishing and enforcing engineering standards across multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical reliability, redundancy, and resiliency principles
  • Experience performing design reviews and maintaining technical quality across large project portfolios
  • Strong knowledge of applicable electrical codes and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience supporting hyperscale data center developments
  • Previous experience with major cloud providers or mission-critical engineering firms
  • Experience with SKM, ETAP, or similar power system modeling software
  • Experience with equipment specification development and technical submittal reviews
  • Experience creating engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines from the ground up
  • Familiarity with liquid cooling infrastructure and emerging high-density compute environments
