Sisters of Divine Providence is seeking full-time Nursing Assistants to join our team in Allison Park, PA for our 3:00-11:00 evening shift.

Sisters of Divine Providence is accepting applications for Nurse Assistants in the St. Joseph’s Center, Congregation’s skilled nursing division. The mission of St. Joseph’s is to provide compassionate, quality, individualized care to the religious members who reside at the Center. These positions will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of care, with special emphasis on creating and maintaining a homelike atmosphere.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Administering personal hygiene with special attention to skin needs.
  • Gives Whirlpools, baths, showers, and bed baths.
  • Assists with ambulation and positioning.
  • Care of the resident's clothes and personal belongings.
  • Assists residents with personal items and laundry.
  • Makes beds and helps maintain bedroom area.
  • Assures residents are up in the morning, dressed and ready for Mass and provide for any additional assistance needed per individual request.
  • Assists with activities to help the residents remain active and mobile.
  • Assists in the dining room for all meals.
