About the Role:
The Volunteer Coordinator plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged volunteer community that supports the organization's mission and programs. This position is responsible for the strategic recruitment, training, and retention of volunteers, ensuring they are well-prepared and motivated to contribute effectively. The coordinator will develop and implement outreach initiatives to build strong relationships within the community and expand the volunteer base. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various departments to align volunteer efforts with organizational goals and fundraising activities.
