C-Shift: (10: 00 PM-06: 00 AM) Monday through Friday.
Duration- 12 Months
Pay range- $25- $26.27/hr.
This role is 100% onsite
40 Hours a week

Job Description:
The C-Shift Maintenance Mechanic is a key member of the maintenance team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production by performing both reactive and preventive maintenance tasks. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all facility and production equipment.
Mandatory Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. Basic computer skills - Microsoft office, Excellent communications
Must be willing to work in a dusty environment
Must be proficient utilizing hand tools
Be willing to work on B or C shifts and to work mandatory overtime, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills including Microsoft office
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting knowledge
Basic machine shop skills (mill, lathe, drill press, welding, etc.) and parts fabrication
Experience with shop tools & hand tools
Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
Passion and willingness to learn and grow
Other experiences that will support your success, but not required
General mechanic / maintenance experience with relating training certificate or technical degree
Machine shop / welding / metal fabrication experience / training
Electronic / Electrical troubleshooting and repair experience / training
Rigging / Moving lifting equipment operator experience
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance calls to diagnose and repair equipment issues.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on all JMC facility and production machinery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
Manage and track parts inventory, including fabrication and repair of parts as needed.
Operate and maintain tools and equipment provided by JMC to complete assigned tasks.
