Job description

As our Search Engine Marketing Manager, you’ll help drive Concora Credit’s Mission to enable customers to Do More with Credit – every single day.

As our Search Engine Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Lead the ongoing management, execution, and evolution of our Search strategy.
  • Monitor and lead multiple SEM campaigns/projects.
  • Consistently ideate and innovate within the Search space.
  • Gather actionable data from our various sources to ensure consistent and continual optimization of campaigns.
  • Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and edit ad creative/copy, review and analyze website performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
  • Perform testing with ad copy, audience strategies, negative keywords, etc.
  • Identify growth opportunities, initiate test hypotheses, and prioritize scaling out winning tests, improving SEM traffic productivity and return on investment.
  • Develop and continuously improve SEM products and tools development (automation tools, dashboards, etc.) and influence prioritization.
  • Be a strategic contributor in efforts to improve Concora Credit’s organic search returns.
  • Surface insights for business and marketing strategies. Present to senior leadership regularly on Search plans and results.
  • Regularly audit competitive strategic analysis, customer/target audience segmentation, and consumer insight development.
  • Proactively leverage AI capabilities within search platforms to scale performance, uncover new consumer opportunities, and drive a best-in-class strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BA or BS degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Search marketing.
  • Proficient with Search Management tools and analytics. Technical understanding of SEM.
  • Excellent quantitative analysis experience.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including data manipulation and financial analysis.
  • Expertise working with SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong understanding of the mechanics of online marketing.
  • Attention to detail / sound judgment.
  • Practical experience leveraging AI-driven search features to scale and optimize campaigns.
