Job description
Come and work for a company that continues to grow and flourish and where our people make a difference! JCM Industries is a subsidiary of A.Y. McDonald Industries, which is a family-owned company founded in 1856 in Dubuque, Iowa. People join our business (and stay) because of our collaborative workplace, drive for innovation, and our family-oriented culture.
This opening is to house any candidates for openings in our manufacturing plant as they come available. We have a variety of positions - examples listed below:
-Entry Level Production
-Welders
-Machinists
-Assemblers
We currently run 2 shifts - day shift & graveyard shift. Day shift has varying hours depending on department that run between 6:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Graveyard shift runs 9 pm-6 am Sunday night-Thursday night.
