Responsibilities for Part-time Automotive Detailer
  • Washes and cleans the exterior, interior, and engine/motor areas of vehicles from financial institutions and automobile dealerships.
  • Prepares vehicles to meet auction-ready appearance and quality standards.
  • Uses industry-standard tools, equipment, and cleaning products (training provided).
  • Works collaboratively with team members to ensure timely and consistent vehicle preparation.
  • Follows safety procedures and company guidelines while performing detailing tasks.
  • Helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Hours for Part-time Automotive Detailer
  • Monday 9:00AM to 5:00PM
  • Tuesday 9:00AM to 7:00PM
  • Wednesday 6:30AM to 3:00PM - 5:00PM
  • Thursday and Friday as needed

Requirements
Required Skills for Part-time Automotive Detailer
  • Must be 21years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior detailing experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements for Part-time Automotive Detailer
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Work is performed in an auto auction setting and may include exposure to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels, and occasional fumes or odors associated with vehicle exhaust.
  • Position requires standing, bending, lifting, and physical activity throughout the workday.
