Job description

Belay Technologies is seeking a Application Developer (Reverse Engineer) to join our intel team. You will act as a general-purpose Exploitation Analyst for a dynamic and established team pursuing some of the hardest problem set in CNO. You will plan and conduct operations, perform network analysis, and coordinate with a team to pursue team objectives. You will work closely with other analysts, operators, developers and mission leadership to generate high impact outcomes in the assigned AOR.
Responsibilities:
  • Augment existing toolsets.
  • Derive, document, and analyze requirements.
  • Build prototypes to demonstrate understanding of mission requirements.
  • Produce end toolsets that can operate within mission constraints.

Must Haves:
  • TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
  • 12 yrs., B.S. or 10 yrs. w/ M.S., 4 yrs. of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Skill Requirements:
  • Experience with developing CNO specific software in Linux/Windows/Embedded
  • Applications, with a demonstrated expert proficiency in reverse engineering.
  • Experience with Reverse Engineering, especially with Ghidra.
  • Produce and modify software systems in C, C++, Python, Rust, and Go.
  • Provide support for fielded software systems.
  • Familiarity with Git and Subversion.
  • Atlassian Tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Deep experience with Vulnerability Research and Exploit development.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems.
  • Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.
  • Be willing to learn new technologies and systems to meet mission objectives.

Nice to Haves:
  • Experience with any of the following: Java, JavaScript, Go, Bash, Assembly (both x86 and x64), PowerShell, Perl, C#.
  • Cryptologic development experience.

Salary Range: $164,000 to $200,000
