• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand patients’ mental health needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case reviews and sharing insights to enhance treatment strategies.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and families, facilitating their understanding of mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with research and advancements in the field of mental health.

In this role, you will work with a diverse cohort of patients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Your approach will be trauma-informed and culturally competent, ensuring that all patients receive compassionate and personalized care that respects their unique experiences and identities.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid state-issued LCSW license, demonstrating your qualifications to provide clinical social work services.
• A strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy methodologies and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and effectively address complex client issues.
