As a Machine Operator
You will:
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and operate multiple production machines at a time to safely produce a sound quality product.
  • Ensure overall equipment effectiveness in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Inspect manufactured products and follow quality protocol when defects are discovered.
  • Complete charting and document production activities as required to meet or exceed quality standards.
  • Monitor, maintain and adjust machines during continuous production to prevent machine stoppages and minimize waste.
  • Operate and/or work around highly automated systems including robotic equipment.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures such as the BRC Food Safety Policy, GMP's, HACCP Principle, ISO14001 and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules while completing work tasks.

This is a Full time/Temp to hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Robust mechanical aptitude
  • 2 years of high-volume manufacturing
  • Able to work flexible schedule
  • Able to read and interpret drawings, review specifications, review work instructions and report line performance
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Basic computer and math skills

Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
