Volt is immediately hiring for a HR Manager in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. for an E-Commerce company specializing in clothing and accessories, selling primarily through WhatNot and TikTok Shop.
As a HR Manager you will:

Schedule: Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally in a solo or highly autonomous HR role.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. The ability to think on your feet, navigate complex employee relations issues, and find creative solutions with minimal supervision.
- Administrative & Liaison Skills: Proven experience supporting business owners or executives, taking meeting minutes, and tracking legal or compliance projects.
- System Build Experience: Experience helping implement or build out an HRIS platform (specifically ADP) and drafting company policies.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Logistics and warehousing industry is a major plus.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with ADP and Google Workspace is required; experience navigating The Hartford portal is a strong asset.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion with confidential information, strong organization skills, and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
Pay Rate: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
