Description
The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring an Assistant Volleyball Coach. As a coach, you'll assist our head coach with practices & leading drills, managing games & matches, and ensuring athletes learn the fundamentals of the game in a positive & nurturing environment. Mentor our young athletes to grow into healthy people on & off the court.
This is a part-time position, primarily evenings & weekends. Additional hours are available.
Requirements
  • Previous experience playing or coaching volleyball is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the lead coach, players, and other staff members.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive environment for participants of all ages & abilities.
