YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A VOIP TECHNICIAN - UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS TECH
The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with overtime available.
In this role, you'll spend your day installing and configuring VoIP systems, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring crystal-clear call quality. You'll provision users, phones, and routing features, collaborate with network teams, and provide hands-on support to end users, all while keeping systems running smoothly and documenting updates.
